Marymount welcomed students back to campus in September, and the first day of school also saw the annual kickoff meeting for the Grade 12 students and their families during which the College Counselor set the tone for the final stretch of application submission this fall. Grade 12 students were also busy preparing for their final opportunity to take the SAT in time for early deadlines in Europe and the United States. Standardized testing continues to be very important for private business-oriented universities in Europe, and it is becoming increasingly important again in the U.S. context. More than half of the members of the Class of 2025 took an official SAT this cycle. At Marymount, we offer the SAT four times each year - August, October, March and May.
